- We understand that leg and feet sizes differ, and try our best to make the perfect fit. We include a pair of insoles in every Chalo package. These can be used for an added layer of cushioning or a snugger fit.
- Our collection and size guide is designed for women. Our men's collection will be coming soon and in the meantime, we can take custom orders for men. Feel free to contact us to find out more.
- Our products are produced in small batches and we maintain a limited inventory to avoid overproduction. Trims and discarded pieces from the making process are used in other small or upcycled products.
